Teams on NetSuite should not need a second system for spend.
For teams running several entities and currencies, spend is exported with NetSuite's subsidiary, department, class and location breakdown. The connection is available on request; scope and record type are agreed during setup.

What it does, and where it stops.
Every subsidiary gets its own record
In RevoSpend each company is a separate organisation; its spend lands in the right NetSuite subsidiary, and one company's records never mix with another's.
Currency conversion is an explicit choice
Spend travels in its own currency. Whether RevoSpend converts it or NetSuite does with its own rate table is chosen explicitly during setup; there is no silent default.
Custom fields are part of the request
No two NetSuite accounts look alike: custom segments and mandatory fields vary by company. That is why this connection is on request and its scope is written against your account.
Setup, in three steps.
- 01
Connect the platform
Approve access to your accounting platform once. The chart of accounts, tax codes and suppliers are read; nothing is written yet.
- 02
Map categories
Each spend category is mapped to an account once. A category with no mapping stops the export rather than posting to the wrong account.
- 03
Choose how exports run
One click at period end, or automatically for every approved record. Most teams start manual and switch once they trust it.
The access we ask for, and nothing more.
In NetSuite we ask you to create a dedicated integration role, and access stays within that role. It needs to read lists — subsidiaries, departments, classes, locations, accounts — and write the chosen record type. No access to payroll, sales or payment records is needed.
About integrations

Get in touchEach connection is set up once: you grant access, the chart of accounts and tax codes are read, and the mapping is done once. The label on each card shows its status; for those available on request we plan the scope together.
