Take the photo, leave the rest.

Photo, email or bulk upload — however a receipt arrives it gets read, split into fields and matched to its invoice. What breaks policy is flagged; everything else lands in your approval queue.

Record complete

Nothing is left to do at month end.

The record completes the moment the money moves.

However a receipt arrives, it lands in the same place.

What comes out of a receipt is not an image. It is a record.

The image becomes a record with a known schema. Fields are read one by one, and the confidence behind each one stays on the record — so what was looked at remains visible later.

The system chases the missing receipt, not you.

An expense that hits the card feed without a receipt does not sit unnoticed. The record is flagged, the person who spent gets a reminder, and the moment the receipt arrives the match is made on its own. Nobody in finance has to call anyone.

The model never writes a record on its own.

  1. 01

    Approval after every extraction

Extracted fields do not post to the ledger. The record sits as a draft and moves only when a person approves it.

  2. 02

    Low confidence is flagged

A faint amount or an unreadable tax ID is never quietly guessed; the field is flagged and put in front of you.

  3. 03

    What happened stays on record

Which field changed, when and by whom lives in the audit trail. A financial record is never overwritten — a new revision is added.
