Product · Accounting export

Month end should not be a file exchange.

The moment an expense is approved it carries its account code, cost centre and tax fields. Export at one click or let it flow automatically; nobody waits for a spreadsheet attached to an email.

1 category needs mapping · export paused

Map an account once, it works every month.

The mapping between category and account code is defined once during setup. After that every expense lands on the right code; nobody hunts through a spreadsheet at month end. A category with no mapping stops the export rather than quietly landing on the wrong code.

We know where an export tends to break.

1–31 March 2026 · 214 records
already exported · skipped

The same record goes once

Every exported record carries a sent marker. Re-export a period and the records that already went are not written again.

1–31 March 2026 · 214 records
3 records rejected · stopped

An error stops the run

If your accounting system rejects a record, the rest does not quietly continue. The rejected record is shown with its reason, corrected and resent.

1–31 March 2026 · 214 records
February closed · moved to March

Closed periods stay closed

Nothing lands in a period you have closed. A late expense moves to the open period, and the move is written to the audit trail.

Your accountant does not have to change software.

The export goes to whatever your accountant already uses: QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite and Sage globally, Logo, Mikro, Netsis and Paraşüt in Türkiye. They all sit behind the same adapter interface, so adding one does not touch the rest of the product.

An export is not a copy, it is a record.

  • What went out is on record

Every export is kept with the records and the date it covered. “Did we send it” is answered by the trail, not by memory.

  • Ledger decisions are yours

We create entries in the system you export to; you and your accountant decide the ledger. Every record becomes final with your accountant's approval.

  • It can be undone

A wrong export can be reversed. The reversal is a record too; no export quietly fixes itself.

Either. Send everything at period end with one click, or let an approved record flow on its own. Most teams start manual and switch to automatic once they trust it.
