Upload the statement, every transaction finds its receipt.

Your card and bank statements come in, every transaction meets its receipt, and whatever does not match gets flagged. At month end you check only what is missing, not every line.

Transaction and receipt find each other.

Matching looks at amount, date and merchant together rather than trusting one field. A rounding difference, a few days of settlement lag and a merchant name abbreviated on the statement are all expected — none of them break the match.

The same charge lands once

Upload the same file twice, or have two sources deliver the same transaction, and no duplicate appears. The matching line is recognised and skipped.

Foreign currency stays itself

A transaction keeps its own currency instead of being squeezed into one reporting currency. The exchange difference remains a field of its own.

hold → settled

Holds and settlements are separate

An authorisation hold and a settled amount are not the same thing. The hold sits there provisionally and, once settled, the record is updated rather than overwritten — the trace remains.

Every place spend comes from, in one list.

Corporate card statements, bank account transactions and out-of-pocket employee spend land in the same list. Every transaction meets its receipt; whatever does not match stands out, and nobody chases statement lines at month end.

Read-only, and only what we need.

  • A read-only connection

RevoSpend reads spend data and nothing else. No connection that could act on your account or issue a payment instruction is created.

  • The statement source stays yours

You upload the file or use your bank's own export. We do not store your bank login credentials.

  • An imported transaction is immutable

Transactions are never edited. A category or cost-centre change is appended as a new revision; the statement line itself stays as it arrived.
