Expenses that file themselves. You just approve.
Receipts, invoices and card feeds reconcile in one place. What breaks the rules gets flagged; everything else posts to your ledger on its own.

At month end, nobody is chasing anybody.
How does it work for your team? From receipt to approval to ledger: all in one place.
Let finance work on the company’s future, not on spreadsheets.
Explore the policy engineRules do not stay on paper: amount and category limits are checked the moment an expense is entered, and anything over a limit reaches approval with a reason attached.
Write the rule once. It applies to every expense automatically.
Explore approvalsWho approves is decided by amount, category and department. Splitting an expense or marking part of it non-reimbursable does not get it under a threshold.

What changes at month end?
- Nobody types receipts anymore.
- Your team snaps a photo; amount, date and merchant fill themselves in.
- No receipt gets paid twice.
- A receipt entered a second time is flagged before it reaches approval.
- Amounts match the receipt exactly.
- What is printed on the receipt is what sits on the record.
- Sending to your accountant is one click.
- Download the spend as an Excel file and pass it on.
Invoices are pulled from the source through your e-invoicing provider, and receipt images are read into amount, date, merchant and tax ID. The two are matched and the result lands in your approval queue. The model never writes a record on its own: low-confidence fields are flagged and you have the final say.
