Sign in with the company account, not another password.

Sign in through your SAML identity provider — Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace and others. When someone leaves and you disable them in your identity provider, they can no longer sign in to RevoSpend either.

What it does, and where it stops.

  • No password kept in RevoSpend

    People who sign in with SSO have no RevoSpend password; authentication happens at your identity provider. SSO can be made mandatory for everyone on your company domain.

  • Roles stay in RevoSpend

    SSO says who someone is, not what they may do. Admin, finance and accounting duties live on the membership in RevoSpend; adding and removing people automatically is SCIM's job.

  • Not tied to one provider

    Okta, Entra ID and Google Workspace are only examples; any identity provider that supports SAML 2.0 connects the same way. No provider-specific setup is written.

Setup, in three steps.

  1. 01

    Add the application

    Add RevoSpend as a SAML application in your identity provider; the URLs you need are ready in Settings.

  2. 02

    Verify your domain

    Verify your company domain with a DNS record; sign-ins on that domain go through this connection.

  3. 03

    Test, then switch it on

    Try a sign-in with your own account first, then enable it for the team. Nobody's sign-in changes until you do.

The access we ask for, and nothing more.

All we need from your identity provider is the signed response confirming a person at sign-in, and their email address. We do not read your directory or ask for groups or passwords. Remove the application in your identity provider and the connection ends.
