Cancel your subscription

Cancel your subscription any time: your plan stays open until the period ends and your data export stays available. Consider a downgrade instead.

You can cancel your subscription any time, and nothing changes until the end of the billing period you’ve paid for. Only need less? A downgrade to a smaller plan keeps everything running — see Choose or change your plan.

  1. Open Subscription

    Go to Settings → Billing → Subscription.

  2. Cancel

    Click Cancel subscription and confirm.

What happens next

  • Everything stays open until the date shown on the page.
  • After that date, new receipt reading stops.
  • Your expenses, reports and exports remain available, and nobody is removed from the team.

Changed your mind?

Click Undo cancellation before the end date and your subscription continues as before.

Your company’s data always belongs to you. Export it any time from Expenses → All expenses → Export.
