Check your usage
Check your usage against plan limits: this month’s document reads, assistant questions and agent transfers, your quota and when it renews.
Settings → Billing → Usage shows this period’s quota, your limits and where your usage went. Everyone in the company can open it.

Allowances are shared across your company and renew every month. On the Team and Enterprise plans, reading and the assistant show Unlimited.
Some things never count: reading the same file again, a read that fails, and an assistant question that couldn’t be answered. They show as Returned.
Agent transfers on the Team plan
Each server running the RevoSpend Agent includes 250 transfers a month; only an expense’s first successful transfer counts. Transfers never stop: if a server goes over 250 in a month, that month becomes unlimited for the server and a fixed fee is added to the month’s invoice. Admins are told as a server approaches the limit.
Transfer a lot every month? Unlimited agent for the year covers a server for the whole year, paid upfront.
When an allowance runs out
On Starter, once this month’s reads are used up, people can still add expenses and fill in the fields themselves. Reads renew at the start of next month, or right away when you move to Team.
