Install RevoSpend on your phone
Install the RevoSpend expense app on iPhone or Android from mobile.revospend.com and add it to your home screen. No app store needed.
RevoSpend on your phone is built for the moments away from your desk: snap a receipt the second you get it, approve expenses on the go and get notified when something needs you. It installs straight from the browser — there’s nothing to download from an app store.
Before you start
- Any member of a RevoSpend company can use the phone app.
- You sign in with the same email and password you use on the web.
- iPhone: use Safari. Android: use Chrome.
Open RevoSpend on your phone
Go to mobile.revospend.com in your phone’s browser. On the web app, you can also click Open on phone on the Overview page and scan the QR code.
Add it to your Home Screen
iPhone: tap Share, choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add. On iOS 26, open the ••• menu at the bottom right first.
Android: open Chrome’s menu (the three dots), choose Add to Home screen — on some phones it’s called Install app — then tap Install.
Open it from the Home Screen and sign in
Tap the RevoSpend icon and sign in with your work email and password. From now on, RevoSpend opens full screen, just like an app.
RevoSpend shows an Add to Home Screen card with step-by-step instructions for your phone until the app is installed. Tap How? — or Install on Android — to follow along.
What you can do on your phone

Tap your initials at the top to open Account: your company, notification settings, Open dashboard and Sign out.
Reports, settings, exports and billing live in the web app at app.revospend.com.
Troubleshooting
I opened a link inside Instagram, LinkedIn or another app. Those in-app browsers can’t add apps to your Home Screen. Tap Open in Safari (or open the link in Chrome on Android) and try again.
I signed in in Safari, but the Home Screen app asks me to sign in again. On iPhone, the Home Screen app keeps its own sign-in. Sign in once inside the installed app.
I forgot my password. Tap Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen. You reset it on the web and use the new password on your phone.
How do I switch to another company? Switch company in the web app. Your phone follows the company you’re working in — the header always shows which one it is.
